Holy Trinity Stewards
Do not book vendors, pay deposits, or send invitations until Fr. Ioannis confirms your date.
To begin:
Stewardship: Be a current Holy Trinity steward
Gather: Birth certificate
If applicable: Previous Baptism/Chrismation records
Godparent: Letter of Good Standing if from another parish
Schedule: Meeting with Fr. Ioannis
You do not have a Baptism or Chrismation date until Fr. Ioannis personally confirms it.

To begin:
Stewardship: Be a current Holy Trinity steward
Gather: Birth certificates and Baptism/Chrismation certificates
Complete: Marriage Affidavit
If previously married: Form 165
Complete: Marriage Preparation Course
Schedule: Meeting with Fr. Ioannis
After your date is confirmed: Obtain your civil marriage license within 60 days of the wedding.
Sponsor from another parish? A Letter of Good Standing is required.
Not a Holy Trinity Steward?
Please begin with your own parish priest. Your priest must complete your premarital preparation and contact Fr. Ioannis before a wedding at Holy Trinity can be scheduled.
At the death of a loved one, families should first contact the funeral home of their choice. The funeral home should then contact the Holy Trinity parish office directly to coordinate the Funeral service with the Church.
Once the funeral home has contacted the parish and arrangements have begun, Father Ioannis will work with the family to provide pastoral care and prepare for the Funeral service.
Please do not schedule or announce a date or time for the Funeral until the funeral home has confirmed the arrangements with Holy Trinity.
Memorial services are offered in prayer for our departed loved ones and may be requested at appropriate times throughout the year.
To arrange a Memorial, please contact the parish office with the name of your departed loved one and the date you would like the Memorial to be offered. The parish will confirm the date and provide any additional information needed for the service.
